Abuja is getting outdoors this weekend. On Saturday, September 26, Naija Adventurers, in collaboration with the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators (NATOP), FCT/Northern Zone, is marking World Tourism Day with outdoor tourism activities and a city-wide campaign across Abuja.
The publicly listed hike meeting point is City Park, Wuse 2 at 7:00 AM. Entry is free, and activities are expected across different locations in Abuja.
The programme is designed to get people exploring Abuja's hills, trails, culture, food and communities, while also creating content that showcases Nigerian tourism.
Naija Adventurers is also celebrating its 10th anniversary, with NATOP FCT/Northern Zone supporting the tourism campaign. It is not just for serious hikers. If you are into adventure, photography, videography, travel content or discovering new places, this is a chance to experience Abuja differently.
Saturday, September 26. 7:00 AM. City Park, Wuse 2. Free entry.
